iPhone or iPod apps are fun to play when you are bored or whenever you want!! Whoever invented some of these apps have made a lot of money I bet!! Below are my five favorite apps!

1. Geared
-this game is really entertaining and is more of a mind game. You have to fit gears together to get the non moving one moving!!

2. Jet pack Joy ride
- I'm sure most of you have heard of this one, but if not basically you are in a jet pack and you avoid getting hit by lasers and fire flying things!

3. Move the box
- this game is actually really fun! You
Travel to different places and there are boxes you have to align to get the right pattern!

4. Draw Something
- this game is actually the best game ever!! You play with your friends and draw a picture and then they have to guess it and so on!!

5. Dooors
- this game is where you have to get through all the doors and you are given certain things to try and unlock them!

Florida!

Right now I am on spring break in Florida!! I am staying at a nice hotel with a private beach and there are lots of fun things to do!! A few days ago I went parasailing!! That was so much fun and you go so high! When my brother was in the air he said he say a GIANT sea turtle! Another thing my family and I did was we rented jet skis and got a tour through the inter coastal waterways! The homes are to amazing and each cost around 10-20 million dollars! They are really pretty houses! There are also HUGE yachts! One we saw was owned by the company starter of Yankee candle!! The name of the boat was "paraffin" and he yacht was gorgeous! The rest of the days we went to the pool with is huge and has waterfalls and the other days we went to the beach! The beach is private just for the hotel and had a bunch of things to do like jet skis, tubing, parasailing and more. On the beach is a tiki bar where you can go to get lunch, also there is another restaurant up by the pool!! You should really come to Fort Lauderdale on a trip it is actually amazing! I had a great time on my trip and now I'm headed to Sarasota, Florida!!

Ronald McDonald House 5k

So this past Saturday I had an action event to work a 5k! It was really cold out and we had to be at delta dental at 8am!!!! WAY TO EARLY ON A SATURDAY!!!!!!we got a group of 5 people (Lydia, Katie H., Ellen H., and another but I don't know her name!) We were supposed to go to a station on the course at 9:10 and we actually didn't know what time the race started so we thought we were in the wrong spot! Well then after 45 minutes of sitting in the car we called someone and asked if they have seen runners and they said no so we went back to our spot! And we sat till 10:15 until runner eventually came! Our job is to direct people either left for the 5k runners or straight for the 10k runners! Then the people came and there were A LOT!! Kids, parents, grandparents, and others!! The event went till 12!! Such a long morning!! Well there were soooo many runners! 5ks are good to do! I've done 1

Strangest canned foods

When you are at the grocery store you usually see canned fruit and soup in a can, right? But have you ever been walking down the aisle and seen some pretty strange packaged foods? While I was on the internet I found a website called "The strangest packaged food of all time" by the AOL news.

Here they are:


First we have the canned cheeseburger! YUM! This cheeseburger in a can was created for when people go on camping trips when the nearest Burger King is 100 miles away! I am not sure what is actually in the burger itself but I'm positive I don't want to find out!!

Next we have the delicious "Pickle Pops!!!!" Pickle Pops are just what every person needs on a hot summer day, right? NOT! They are just like the frozen ice pops but they are green and are pickle juice flavored! Anyone wanna try one??

You know the kinds of pop inside and out: Orange Soda, Root Beer, Coke and Sprite, but have you ever heard of the "Lester's Fixins Buffalo Wing Soda?"I think not! This soda look just like orange soda except the label reads a little bit different than orange soda! Who want's buffalo wing soda? I mean seriously just go and eat buffalo wings don't drink it!!!!!

The disaster of the Costa Concordia

On January 13, 2012 the cruise liner, "Costa Concordia" hit a rock off the coast of Giglio, Italy and capsized. What really was supposed to happen was that the ship was going to do an unauthorized cruise near shore to give the people on shore an exciting sight. Just a few weeks before a different cruise ship did the same thing but... successfully. When the Concordia was getting close to the shore it hit a rock in shallow water. The ship started to slow down and drift away from shore where deeper water was which is worse because the ship would just sink. Fortunately the wind was blowing the ship back towards shore and the wind started to tip the boat over and therefore making it tilt very slowly. The captain was trying to figure out what to do. He told the passengers to not get in the lifeboats and wait until further command. Eventually he told the crew to load the life boats and evacuate people. While the passengers were trying to get off the captain abandoned the ship and left the boat!! The coast guard then contacted him and yelled at him.

_De Falco: "This is De Falco speaking from Livorno. Am I speaking with the commander?"


_Schettino: "Yes. Good evening, Cmdr. De Falco."

_De Falco: "Please tell me your name."

_Schettino: "I'm Cmdr. Schettino, commander."

_De Falco: "Schettino? Listen Schettino. There are people trapped on board. Now you go with your boat under the prow on the starboard side. There is a pilot ladder. You will climb that ladder and go on board. You go on board and then you will tell me how many people there are. Is that clear? I'm recording this conversation, Cmdr. Schettino..."

_Schettino: "Commander, let me tell you one thing..."

_De Falco: "Speak up! Put your hand in front of the microphone and speak more loudly, is that clear?"

_Schettino: "In this moment, the boat is tipping..."

_De Falco: "I understand that, listen, there are people that are coming down the pilot ladder of the prow. You go up that pilot ladder, get on that ship and tell me how many people are still on board. And what they need. Is that clear? You need to tell me if there are children, women or people in need of assistance. And tell me the exact number of each of these categories. Is that clear? Listen Schettino, that you saved yourself from the sea, but I am going to... I'm going to make sure you get in trouble. ...I am going to make you pay for this. Go on board, (expletive)!"

_Schettino: "Commander, please..."

_De Falco: "No, please. You now get up and go on board. They are telling me that on board there are still..."

_Schettino: "I am here with the rescue boats, I am here, I am not going anywhere, I am here..."

_De Falco: "What are you doing, commander?"

_Schettino: "I am here to coordinate the rescue..."

_De Falco: "What are you coordinating there? Go on board! Coordinate the rescue from aboard the ship. Are you refusing?"

_Schettino: "No, I am not refusing."

_De Falco: "Are you refusing to go aboard commander? Can you tell me the reason why you are not going?"

_Schettino: "I am not going because the other lifeboat is stopped."

_De Falco: "You go aboard. It is an order. Don't make any more excuses. You have declared 'abandon ship.' Now I am in charge. You go on board! Is that clear? Do you hear me? Go, and call me when you are aboard. My air rescue crew is there."

_Schettino: "Where are your rescuers?"

_De Falco: "My air rescue is on the prow. Go. There are already bodies, Schettino."

_Schettino: "How many bodies are there?"

_De Falco: "I don't know. I have heard of one. You are the one who has to tell me how many there are. Christ."

_Schettino: "But do you realize it is dark and here we can't see anything..."

_De Falco: "And so what? You want go home, Schettino? It is dark and you want to go home? Get on that prow of the boat using the pilot ladder and tell me what can be done, how many people there are and what their needs are. Now!"

_Schettino: "...I am with my second in command."

_De Falco: "So both of you go up then ... You and your second go on board now. Is that clear?"

_Schettino: "Commander, I want to go on board, but it is simply that the other boat here ... there are other rescuers. It has stopped and is waiting..."

_De Falco: "It has been an hour that you have been telling me the same thing. Now, go on board. Go on board! And then tell me immediately how many people there are there."

_Schettino: "OK, commander"

_De Falco: "Go, immediately!"


Schettino did not end up going back on board.


The Costa Concordia still remains in the water and they are saying it might take 10 months to clean it up. Currently divers are still searching for missing bodies and they are working on removing all of the fuel on the ship. Last Wednesday they just found 8 more bodies aboard the ship including one young girl.

People still missing: 14
(7 of them are bodies, but not identified)

Youngest dead: 5 year old girl

Oldest dead: 85 year old man

Most amazing bedrooms!

Every kids dream is to have a treehouse, right? But no kid ever thought it could be inside! This tree house bedroom has a swing, windows, and even a fake tree to make it look so real. The treehouse is elevated to the corner and is mad out of real wood. Don't forget about the ladders, ropes and hidden spaces!! This bedroom is every kids dream!!!


This pirate room was designed by Steve Kuhl for a kid in Minneapolis. The parents spent around 60,000 dollars for this room. It has a rope bridge, a pirate ship (where the bed is) and fantasy painted clouds!! In the pirate ship is a crows nest that you can actually climb on. Last but definitely not least is that there are multiple secret hiding compartments!!! ALL ABOARD!


I think they might be a little obsessed with batman!! This room even has a
bat-mobile sticking out from the side of the wall! The whole room is in bat man colors and style. Around the room you will find the batman symbols and items from batman! This isbdefinitely a
bat-room!!

Tis the season of snow!

WInter is definitely my favorite season of all! The snow, the cookies, christmas, and skiing! There are so many things to do in the winter like ski, snowboard, build ice sculptures, snowball fights, ice skating, bake cookies, spend time with family, give gifts, watch pretty snow fall and many other things! Well below I am going to show you a few things people like to do during their winter!!

The smallest animals on earth!

When you see a dwarf hamster or a miniature dog you think they are VERY small, right? Well you might want to reconsidered what small means! Take a look at the worlds smallest dog:

 

Yes, the dog is a small as the coke can! This is Ducky! Weighing 1.4 pounds and standing 4.9 inches tall this dog could fit in your water glass! Ducky was born in Massachusetts and is a short hair chihuahua! Small dog, huh? 

Worlds smallest hamster:  

 

 

Meet PeeWee, the worlds smallest hamster! This hamster weighs less than 1 ounce and is a golden hamster. Above you can see him height and length. He is smaller than the average quarter!! The bottom picture is him with a quarter and the hamster next to it is a normal size hamster! Small thing!!!

Now we have the worlds smallest fish:

  

 

Discovered in Indonesia in the swamp land of an island called Sumatra is the worlds smallest fish. The species is a part of the carp family and was found threatened in January 2006. The length of the fish is only 7.9 mm long! You couldn't even see it in a fish tank!!

The World's weirdest YACHTS!

Ok so we propabley have seen a yacht in real life or online, right? Well I can bet you you have NEVER seen these ones!! Come on and hop onto the Ocean Emerald:

   

This is the Ocean Emerald! Launched in Italy this 164 foot mega boat is considered the worlds ugliest yacht! Inside there are many interesting things, like a child game room, a cappuccino bar and a theater. On the deck there are many sun beds, oh don't forget the massage areas! Ocean Emerald also has a unique way of owning it. It costs 1.85 million euros for 1/8 share of the boat! This yacht also has a garage with jet skis and speed boats!!

Next we have Oculus:

  

Representing the jaw and eye socket of a large ocean fish or mammal is the Oculus. Designed by E. Kevin Shöpfer, this yacht stretches 250 feet. When it experiences rough rides it has retractable side panels to stabilize it. Inside there are 12 feet high ceilings and 4 beds also called freestanding tubes. Oculus has a deck and a couples salons. Don't forget the elevator tube!!

And last but not least is A:

Yup, thats the name (A)! It's named after the 36 year old Russian who owns it! A has wrap around windows ans a 3 story watch tower. All the doors are unlocked by finger pads, spotlights or motion censors. The length of this giant yacht is 390 feet and has 2 pools, over 12 TV's and over 100 audio speakers. This is one strange boat!

Most amazing limousines!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to ride in a limo that has a pool? Or even a limo that can travel faster than your average car? Well I am here to describe what it would be like! First we have the WORLDS LONGEST LIMO:

This limousine has accommodations ever a hotel wouldn't have! Stretching just about 100 feet or 30 meters is the longest limo in the world! There are 26 tires and a bend in the center to help it turn on the road. Inside this limo there is a king size waterbed and a few other beds. Also while taking a ride you might want to check out the swimming pool and the diving board! Getting a little chilly? Just jump right into the hot tub! You would be a real lucky person to see this limousine!

Next is the worlds most expensive limo and heaviest limo in the world!:

 

Looks like this thing is made out of gold!!! Ha ha not really! This monster limo can hold up to 40 people and is 70 feet in length. With a bar and 3 lounges there is plenty of space for everyone! On board there is flat screen tv's and restrooms. The interior design is focused on the Pullman railroad car! What a ride!

Next we have the Ferrari Limousine:

  

This speedy thing can travel faster than your car even though it is bigger than your car!! With top speed of 270mph this ferrari will sure enough be the fastest ride in town! Designed in England, it is now considered the worlds longest ferrari! The length is 23 feet and can have 8 riders including the driver. Can your limo get from 0 to 60 mph in 6 seconds? I THINK NOT!
